THE PLUG&PROBE

The Plug&Probe is a new designed test station for thin films and pellets. It is available in three different materials: 1. Glass (green) 2. Quartz glass (blue) and 3. Alumina (orange). These three test stations are physically identical. Only the materials and its properties of the interior e.g. maximal temperature or oxygen exchange are different.

Such test stations are used for PLD thin films on 10×10 mm substrate samples and for pressed ceramic pellets. The main goal during construction for this test stations was that they are super easy to use and easy to maintain.

PLUG&PROBE KF

All three Plug&Probe test stations are also available with KF sealing. The specification for the electrochemical contact stations are similar except for the leakage rate (according to ISO-KF standard).

PLUG&PROBE GREEN EDITION

Electrochemical contact station for elevated temperatures up to 550 °C. Electrical characterization of thin films and pellets up to 20 mm in diameter in changeable gas atmospheres.

PLUG&PROBE BLUE EDITION

Electrochemical contact station for elevated temperatures up to 1050 °C. Electrical characterization of thin films and pellets up to 20 mm in diameter in changeable gas atmospheres.

PLUG&PROBE ORANGE EDITION

Electrochemical contact station for elevated temperatures up to 1400 °C. Electrical characterization of thin films and pellets up to 20 mm in diameter in changeable gas atmospheres.
